Management Team

Ng Cheow Chai was appointed as Senior Business Development Manager of Konzen Malaysia since September 2008.

He graduated with a Bachelor Applied Science (Hons.), majoring in Analytical Chemistry, minor in Management from School of Chemistry at University Science Malaysia and Diploma in Laboratory Technology, School of Physic at University Science Malaysia. He has 11 years experience in Water Treatment industry.

Mr. Ng joined Konzen as a Service Engineer after graduation and he was mainly responsible to monitor customers’ plant under service contract. He was then transferred to Sale Department as a Sales Engineer after three years. He has established a solid reputation of integrity and professionalism. Mr. Ng is expert in developing market through consultative sales and key account management. He had achieved outstanding record in specification development & project management and excellent communicator with the ability to effect and actively manage change.

Currently, he ispromoted as General Manager in Shanghai operation. He played in major role in establish and manage revenue goals (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for assigned market and customers.
