Management Team

Han JiDong is currently the General Manager of Konzen Tianjin.

Mr. Han obtained his Bachelor degree majoring in Hoisting Conveying and Engineering Machinery from Jilin University of Technology in 1993. He gained his professional qualification as Engineer in Machinery in 2002.

Mr. Han started his career in Konzen (Tianjin) Co. Ltd as an engineer and was later on promoted to become the head engineer, then subsequently the deputy manager and lately the manager of project department. Eventually, he is now the deputy general manager. He is mainly in charge of marketing, human resource, project management and new technology development. His customer-base covers various sectors which include the electronics, semi-conductor, food, chemical and alternative energy industries.

He has over 14 years experience in process design and project management in the water treatment industry. He has extensive knowledge of the water treatment industry and market. He also has a lot of practical experience in wastewater treatment and reuse, pure water treatment, UPW treatment and desalination project. Besides, Mr. Han received a three-month training stint in water treatment in Malaysia in 1998.

Over his 14 years of working experience, Mr. Han has also developed several new technologies such as the treatment for high concentration nitrogenous wastewater, HF wastewater reuse technology, grind wastewater reuse technology, and silicon grinding and high concentration COD cutting water reuse technology. He has adopted these technologies in the water treatment projects in SMIC, Zhonghuan Semi-conductor Group, Tinghsin Group, Motorola, Coca-cola, etc., and has gained credits from several customers.
