We provide on-site inspection and maintenance service contracts that cover a wide range of technology, application and industry. With these services, KONZEN has been satisfying customers for more than 15 years – ensuring only the highest quality water generation to meet both our customers’ expectations and environmental discharge standards. We achieve this by closely monitoring daily performance of the systems. 

 

We offer flexible, expandable and customized service contracts to meet individual customer’s requirements. The scope of our contracts cover basic performance checks by our experienced engineers to full O&M packages with 24/7 operation.

 

Since 1990, we have been providing O&M services to our customers. Our list of customers in Malaysia and China include KOMAG, Silterra, World’s Largest Chip Manufacturer, Tingshin Food Co. Ltd, Motorola Semiconductor Manufacturing plant in Tianjin, Shangri-La Hotels and resorts, Kang Ning (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, etc.

 

Materials

 

We provide UF membranes, RO membranes, Filter media, Carbon Filter media, Ion Exchange resin, cartridge filters, EDI and spares, UV lamps, ballast, valves, piping and fittings and any other equipment and instrumentation related to water treatment.

 

Preventive Maintenance

 

We are fully committed to our “Zero Downtime” policy ensuring that your plant will be running optimally every day. Our engineers plan and schedule preventive maintenance and spare parts life span management within the contract period to guarantee that your plant will have no unexpected downtime. Some of our preventive maintenance services are coverage of electrical slippage, gas leak detection, electrical control system examinations and Environmental, Health and Safety checks.

 

Trouble Shooting

 

Our service teams are on 24 hour standby and ready to troubleshoot anomalies within your water treatment plant. During an emergency, there is an escalation plan to ensure that we respond to our customers in a timely and methodical manner.

 

We are in the process of setting up service centres throughout key business units in Asia. Experienced Service Engineers and Technicians are deployed at each service centre. The service centres are equipped with all necessary service facilities to handle operations on a 24×7 basis. Our service teams will be coordinating and cooperating with our Singapore and China Water Technology Hub to enhance the quality of our services to customers, concurrently promoting our new technologies as solutions in water treatment.
